The method

Flow 255

Everything here runs on one method, and the name says what it is: two performance modes, five skillsets, five mindsets — combining performance psychology, neuroscience, applied coaching and real-time analytics.

  • Two performance modes

Operative and flowing, versus contemplative and knowing. Recognising which one a moment calls for is where performance is won or lost.

  • Five skillsets

The trainable mental capacities that hold up when pressure is highest.

  • Five mindsets

The dispositions that decide how those skills get used when it counts.

It produced a curriculum of over 75 mental techniques across five core mental skills, trained in eight-minute workouts that fit inside the cooldown of training you already do.

What people say

“Training with a progressive overload is the standard for physical development of every pro athlete. It’s really time we started doing that for our mind.”
Wolf Oswald — ATP Tour Fitness Coach and Physical Therapist
“All executives are expected to perform under pressure. Only very few train systematically to do so. It’s great to see a dedicated resource that takes care of that!”
Chris Moore — Partner at Redpoint Ventures
